I'm a real estate agent, and I called Rob when the A/C company for my client's home warranty made an appointment and then failed to show up. My client was left without A/C on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Rob and he made arrangements to come to my client's address even though he was busy that day. He saved the day for my client and I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Rob Tackett !!!
Rob came out to trouble shoot a problem with our Air Conditioner. He showed up on time and fixed the Air Conditioner quickly. Rob was mindful of keeping all costs at a minimum, both in labor time and parts. He is the first serviceperson that hasn't tried to upsell his visit with service contracts or more repairs. I felt he was honest and trustworthy and did an excellent job. We will absolutely call him next time we have a problem with our Air Conditioner.
Rob is an excellent AC technician, honest business owner and overall awesome dude.
